innoci WARRANTY CLAUSES

innoci Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "innoci"). innoci products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is applicable to the products manufactured and distributed by innoci. This warranty applies to the original consumer purchaser (hereinafter referred to as "consumer") only.

Please read carefully before use. Within the warranty period, innoci will, at its election, repair, replace or make appropriate adjustment where innoci inspection discloses any defects occurring in normal usage.

Warranty Period

(1) Ceramic body: 5 Years Warranty;

(2) Flushing mechanism and seat cover: 3 Years Warranty;

(3) Faucet products: 5 Years Warranty for mixer & diverter cartridges;

(4) Shower faucet assembly: 3 Years Warranty;

(5) Bathroom cabinet: 1 Year Warranty for cabinet body; 2 Years Warranty for Hardware accessories for Bath cabinet.

(6) Bathtub: 3 Years Warranty for bathtub cylinder block, 1 Year Warranty for electrical accessories;

(7) Shower Enclosure: 2 Years Warranty;

(8) Intelligent toilet: 5 Years Warranty for Ceramic body; 2 Years Warranty for Electrical accessories, 1 Year Warranty for other accessories;

(9) The accessories of sensor product: 2 Years Warranty;

(10) Kitchen sink: 3 Years Warranty for Kitchen body, 1 Year Warranty for Accessories. innoci is not responsible for removal, installation or transportation costs.

Exclusions

(1) This warranty excludes any defect or injury caused by or resulting from misuse, abuse or neglect, accidental damage, improper installation or other alterations or modifications which affect the reliability or performance of the unit not attributable to faulty manufacture.

(2) This warranty excludes the effects of poor water quality and chemical attack which will affect the longevity of some internal components.

(3) Compliance with local bylaws. (As regulations vary across different districts, franchised agents, contractors and consumers shall comply with local bylaws when installing or selecting special products.)

Warranty Notice

（1）If you need warranty services, please contact innoci either through your dealer, plumbing contractor, home center or E-tailer, or by writing an E-mail to innoci at service@innoci.com, mentioning the product model and attaching the relevant invoice or receipt.

（2）After the warranty period, innoci or its authorized service center will provide paid maintenance services.

（3）All components, parts or accessories removed and replaced may be retained by innoci. The expense of disassembly is not covered by this warranty.

（4）Regarding innoci’s warranty obligations, regardless of any implied statements or representations in the warranty clauses or other explanations, all shall be governed and limited by the warranty scope and period specified herein.

（5）Within the warranty period, remedies set forth in these clauses shall constitute the sole recourse for consumers for losses arising from product defects. In other words, innoci shall not be liable for any other direct or indirect losses incurred by consumers.

（6）No franchiser, agent or authorized service center is authorized to assume obligations beyond the scope of these warranty clauses on innoci’s behalf, nor to waive any rights stipulated under the warranty clauses.

（7）innoci reserves the right to adjust or amend these clauses without prior notice.
